Come out and enjoy the Southern Decadence Parade in all its glory. This Year’s Grand Marshals are Rachel Thompson, Romy Thompson, Bobby Wagstaff, Sam Smith, Milan Nicole Sherry and Sarah Manowitz. The parade starts at 3 p.m. at the Golden Lantern on Royal Street and makes its way through the French Quarter.
